Abhishek Agrawal is an internet, software and technology investor. He previously built the growth equity investment platform for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Vulcan Capital, where he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Growth Equity, driving the firm’s private investments in the internet, software, and technology sectors globally. He also served as interim Chief Investment Officer of Vulcan Capital for several years, responsible for overall asset allocation and oversight of the investment portfolio across both public and private securities.
Prior to Vulcan Capital, Abhishek was at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, driving growth buyouts and minority growth investments in the internet and technology space, and with Lazard Technology Partners, an internet and technology-focused venture capital firm. He serves on the Board of Trustees and Investment Committee of Save the Children U.S. and on the Advisory Board of Capricorn Investment Group, a multibillion-dollar investment firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his MBA at Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
Inger Ashing is CEO of Save the Children International. A respected child rights activist, she set up her own youth organisation at the age of 12, working against racism and violence at the county level. Since then, Inger has been determined to make children’s voices heard. She has been associated with Save the Children for more than 25 years, first serving as a youth advocate and later on the Boards of Save the Children Sweden and Save the Children International (SCI). Prior to her 2019 appointment as SCI’s CEO, Inger held various national and international roles focused on children’s right, most recently as the Director General at the Swedish Agency against Segregation.
Inger is a member of the Ethics Council at The Swedish Migration Agency and has been an expert to and board member of several authorities and committees such as the Delegation for Human Rights, the Swedish National Knowledge Centre on Violence against Children, and the Delegation for the Employment of Young People and Newly Arrived Migrants.
Phidias Ferrari is a partner at the law firm Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) in Geneva and Zurich. He has 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialised in M&A transactions, corporate matters, commercial contracts, and banking & finance. He advises Swiss and international clients on corporate and M&A transactions, whether domestic or cross-border, including private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition to transactional work, Phidias assists private and listed companies, family offices, entrepreneurs, start-ups/scale-ups and not-for-profit international organisations in dealing with a wide range of corporate, commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters in a variety of industries.
As part of his banking & finance practise, Phidias regularly advises on financial market laws and regulations. He also acts for arrangers, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in domestic and multijurisdictional financing transactions. Phidias serves on the board of several Swiss companies and not-for-profit organisations.
Fernanda is a Partner and Co-head of LeapFrog’s Asian financial services team, responsible for originating investments and driving value and growth across the firm’s diverse portfolio. She has over 20 years of experience in private equity, since joining AIG Global Investment Group in London in 2002. Since 2008, she has focused on Asia by taking an active management approach. Her team works to grow or turn around inclusive finance institutions across the region, making them attractive to strategics and capital markets.
Fernanda joined LeapFrog from Developing World Markets, a US-based pioneer and a sizeable impact asset manager, where she was Managing Director. She invested and managed private equity investments for two funds. Her portfolio companies have spread across Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam and she has held Board seats and leadership roles managing diverse teams, Boards and senior staff.
She holds a Master of Science in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and a Master in Business Administration from the University of London (Imperial College). She was a British Chevening Scholar (funded by the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office) and speaks three languages. Fernanda has worked in four continents and moved to Singapore in 2013, where she lives with her husband and three sons.

As a board member of Sweden-Israel Chamber of Commerce, he contributes to creating synergies between Tel Aviv and Stockholm – two of the world’s leading tech cities. He was recently on the board of Save the Children Sweden and Save the Children International (SCI). He also served as chairman of Ronald McDonald House Charities in Sweden for 10 years.
Teresa Mbagaya is a Principal at Imaginable Futures, a global impact investment firm and a venture of The Omidyar Group. Her career has impacted millions through nation-wide initiatives centred on digital education transformation and youth skills development. She was previously the Education Lead for Microsoft in East and Southern Africa, leading the deployment and implementation of learning solutions across 10 countries. As the Head of Econet Education, Teresa drove the development of Zimbabwe’s first digital education platform. She is a 2021 Archbishop Tutu Fellow and a 2019 Obama Foundation Leader. She has been listed as one of 30 Most Promising Young Entrepreneurs in Africa by Forbes and was named on the Choiseul 100 Africa – The Economic Leaders for Tomorrow rankings in 2021.
Teresa serves on the board of Save The Children International (SCI) and Save the Children Association. She is also on the board of Generation Kenya and has served on the advisory boards of Village Capital Communities Africa, and the Global Education Platform, under the UN Special Envoy for Global Education.
