Phidias is a partner at the law firm Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) in Geneva and Zurich. He has 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialised in M&A transactions, corporate matters, commercial contracts, and banking & finance. He advises Swiss and international clients on corporate and M&A transactions, whether domestic or cross-border, including private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition to transactional work, Phidias assists private and listed companies, family offices, entrepreneurs, start-ups/scale-ups and not-for-profit international organisations in dealing with a wide range of corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters in a variety of industries. As part of his banking & finance practice, Phidias regularly advises on financial market laws and regulations. He also acts for arrangers, underwriters, lenders, borrowers and sponsors in domestic and multijurisdictional financing transactions. Phidias serves on the board of several Swiss companies and not-for-profit organisations.
