SCGV is proud to partner with USAID's CATALYZE EduFinance and emerging markets asset manager Kaizenvest through our USD $1 million investment in a newly launched Early Childhood Development (ECD) loan facility. With investments from other partners, the total facility is anticipated to reach USD $6 million.

This initiative is aimed at extending and enhancing ECD centres that serve lower-middle to middle-income families in South Africa and Rwanda, providing more children with foundational skills in literacy, numeracy and socio-emotional learning needed to succeed.
