A new prosthetic socket from Amparo, backed by SCGV investment, is helping children in Egypt who have sustained life-changing injuries in Gaza. As a child grows, the socket can simply be reheated and reshaped rather than replaced, a small change that addresses one of the most persistent problems in paediatric rehabilitation.
